This is a translation for convenience. The legally binding version is the German one under Datenschutz.
This website is deliberately built lean. It sets no cookies, embeds no analytics, counts no visitors and uses no advertising networks. The only things collected are what is technically necessary and what you write into the contact form yourself.

Visiting the site and hosting
The website is hosted on Firebase Hosting, a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. When you open a page, technically necessary data is processed, in particular your IP address, the date and time, the address requested, the amount of data transferred, and your browser and operating system. This data is needed for the page to be delivered at all and serves the security of the service. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, my legitimate interest in secure operation. A transfer to the United States cannot be ruled out; Google relies on the standard contractual clauses.
Contact form
If you use the form on the homepage, the details you enter are processed: name, email address, the note about your business and your message. Sending runs through the service FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which takes the details and forwards them to me as an email. The data is processed on the provider's servers, which may be located outside the European Union.
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where your enquiry is aimed at a contract, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, my legitimate interest in answering it. Your enquiry and my reply stay in my mailbox until the matter is finished and no retention obligations stand in the way.
You do not have to use the form. An email to hallo@designsbyluca.com reaches me just as well.
Booking a call
For a first conversation I link to a calendar at Cal.com. No third-party code is embedded on this website for that: nothing happens until you click the link. At that point you leave this site and the privacy terms of Cal.com apply. If you would rather not, email and telephone reach me just as well.
Fonts
The fonts are hosted on this site's own server. No connection is made to Google Fonts or any other external font service, and no data is passed on when a font loads.
No cookies, no measurement
No cookies are set and no reach measurement takes place. That is also why there is no consent banner on this site.
